Kyriakos Karantzis
Kyriakos Karantzis – Department of Chemical Engineering, National Technical University of Athens and licensed marine chemist (member of the Hellenic Marine Chemists Association).
From 1991 worked as a technical advisor/ consultant in ship waste management companies. Founded his own company in 2002, providing gas free certificates, safety and risk assessment services, marine environmental protection services.
In 2017 he co-founded “Polaris Consulting Engineers P.C.” company, which provides marine and other services.
Panagiotis Papageorgiou – Department of Chemical Engineering, University of Patras and licensed marine chemist (member of the Hellenic Marine Chemists Association).
Worked as a freelancer chemical engineer and a consulting engineer, conducting environmental surveys, contingency plans, waste management consulting.
In 2017 he co-founded “Polaris Consulting Engineers P.C.”, which provides marine and other services.

Polaris Consulting Engineers P.C.’s staff is active in the marine field since 1994. The current form was set up in 2017, due to the need to further meet our customers’ requirements.
During this time, it has expanded its business, has obtained certifications from international organizations regarding the provision of our services, it has conducted environmental surveys and waste management plans for many Greek ports.
We are authorized distributors of GMI company in Greece so we can cover the needs of Gas Distribution and Trading Companies in Greece.
Our main goal is the safety of all those involved in ship and port operations, the environmental protection and our customers satisfaction.
